Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on food and consumable items for health and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Kindly email us at sloancreativestudio@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Once verified, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used items.
- Perishable food products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
